Ubi Cincang or Uwi Ndota

 
     Uwi Ndota or Ubi Cincang is one of traditional food in Ende, East Nusa Tenggara. Uwi Ndota is popular food in Ende, but the food is almost extinct. This food is made from Cassava. How to make it fairly easy. Cassava peeled and halved. After that remove the veins or fiber in the middle. After it washed cassava. Then, cut cassava into small pieces and then chopped.
    Before chopped, prepared container to fill chopped results. Results chopped input to the next container. already chopped cassava then we squeeze. The squeeze of us put on a clean cloth napkins. Then wring it out bit by bit with cloth napkins until the water juice out. Next the results of cassava juice chopped placed in the container, then sprinkled with salt to taste no bargaining. Then cassava are prepared steamed until cooked.The food is usually served with sour fish sauce.

Wanda Pa'u

     Wanda Pa'u is one of traditional dance from Ende Lio, East Nusa Tenggara. The dance is performed while wedding party, welcoming dance and special events. Formally this was dance performed by young people(boys and girl). The dancers wear Lawo Lambu and scraft for girl while the boys wear Luka Lesu and Scraft.
     The movements so easy, where the boys or girls dance around the boys/girl, they want and ofter their scraft to the boys or girls to continue dancing. The dance is accompaned by music Nggo Lamba and Feko Genda.
     Now it becomes a public dance in Ende Regency, to entertain the guest when having wedding party, welcoming party or special events.
